Discoveries

I’d like to buy this book, but am bound my “only if I have time to read it!” rule.
I’ve known for some time that it’s theoretically possible to do a complete site move using WHM and cPanel. This tells me exactly how. (Too bad for me that my host won’t give me access to it!)
This password generator combines a couple of unrelated words with a number to make a moderately secure but still-memorable password.
This generator creates passwords that sound like real words but aren’t, which makes them easy(er) to remember but less likely to be cracked with a dictionary approach.
I’ve made notes for the next time this problem bugs me badly.

This photo scanning service is extremely affordable, but their quality isn’t as high as Scan Cafe. It’s still plenty high to reprint, just not for enlargements. However, if you have boxes of photos to scan, this looks like the best bargain.
Someday when we get on a crazy clutter-free rampage, I’m going to want this link. This service looks like a very reasonably-priced one for most situations and they seem to care deeply about quality.
I want to be an email ninja! In all seriousness, his tip #6 has already made my day better… I HAVE external to-do systems but wasn’t using them as much as I should be… until now. 🙂
