Sometimes things don't go the way you plan (egg white edition)
We wanted to demonstrate what recipes mean when they tell you to beat egg whites until they’re “stiff but not dry.”
Naturally, we decided to take them past “stiff” and to “dry” to show the difference… except these egg whites refused to go to dry. Seriously. You can watch this 46-minute video if you doubt. (Pardon the terrible audio!)
