These are so yummy! I substitute bread for stuffing and leave out the relish, and I’ve also tried adding chopped spinach, mushrooms, and onions. All excellent!
Mmm… I love macaroni and cheese. I found Michelle’s tip in the comments about using whole milk and not turning the heat up too high very helpful, as I usually get the dreaded “grainy” consistency. I’ll do it right next time!
